Hand Knitting Patterns for collectible and baby dolls

From a design shown in La Mode Illustre circa 1879. A sumptuous wedding gown trimmed with Guipure lace and organza pleating. The underdress is studded with
little beads and the overdress features a large bustle
showered with lace.

Worked in Double Knitting
(8 ply),the design includes full petticoat and panteloons.

The Blushing Bride
outfit was designed for
the Heirloom Doll which
measures 38 cm (15 ins)
high and is made of
porcelain and cloth.
There is a metal armature
inside her arms which
allows her to be moved
into different poses.
Her hair responds very
well to styling and can
be worked into small or
large curls, trimmed and
arranged in a lifted
style using plastic
headed pins to hold
it in place.

pantaloons
